Mission Statement
The Fiesta Association's mission is to celebrate and preserve the history and culture of the area known as "Barrio Carlsbad", to strengthen the sense of community, togetherness, and friendship that we all value, and to create a neighborhood that all residents of the City of Carlsbad can be proud of.
