Planning Committee: Next Fiesta Will Be Held in 2008!
To take a break and raise funds, the Fiesta Planning Committee has announced that the next Fiesta del Barrio Carlsbad will be held in September of 2008. In the meantime, the Fiesta Association is still active awarding scholarships for promising Carlsbad Village Academy graduates, and promoting the history and culture of Carlsbad's historic barrio. Planning Committee Announcies Fiesta!
Fiesta 2006 is scheduled for September 10th. Mark your calendars! "This year's fiesta promises to be bigger and more fun than ever," announced Planning Committee Chairman and new Board Member Mike Castro. Farmers Insurance Corporation Donates $1500 to Fiesta Scholar Fund!
The Fiesta del Barrio Association announced today that the Farmers Insurance Group, through the efforts of Carlsbad Agent Brian Miller, have donated $1500 to the Fiesta Scholarship Fund. A big thanks to Brian and his wife Kim for their generous donation and their continued support of the fund.

2005 Fiesta Announced!
The organizing committee of Carlsbad's Fiesta del Barrio have announced that this year's fiesta will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2005. The committee is now accepting Vendor applications as well as corporate and private donations.
